New Braunfels, TX | Outpatient Neurology | Monday-Friday | No Call Provenir Healthcare is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, physician-led outpatient neurology practice in beautiful New Braunfels, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where you'll focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based neurological care to an established patient population. You'll work closely with an experienced neurologist while managing stable follow-up patients, building lasting relationships, and helping improve patients' quality of life—all while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance. Position Highlights Full-time, employed outpatient position Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) No evenings or after-hours call No major holidays Physician-led, collaborative practice Established patient panel Strong clinical and administrative support Focus on continuity of care and patient outcomes For immediate consideration please send CV/resume to ssager@provenirusa.com Clinical Responsibilities As part of the neurology team, you will care for stable follow-up patients and assist with the ongoing management of a variety of neurological conditions, including: Migraine and headache disorders Peripheral neuropathy Dementia and memory disorders Parkinson's disease Stable epilepsy Stable multiple sclerosis Tremor Dizziness and balance disorders Post-stroke follow-up care Medication management and routine follow-up visits Test result review and patient education Additional responsibilities include: Perform comprehensive neurological histories and focused neurological examinations Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising neurologist Prescribe and adjust medications in accordance with Texas regulations and physician collaboration Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease management Order and interpret diagnostic studies including MRI, CT, EEG, EMG/NCS, laboratory testing, and neuropsychological evaluations Coordinate specialty referrals, rehabilitation services, infusion therapies, and home health resources Assist with prior authorizations and specialty medication management Support physicians with chart preparation and care coordination for complex patient cases Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Board Certification required Active Texas NP or PA license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA registration Current BLS certification Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, physician-led practice Preferred Experience Two or more years of outpatient neurology experience Experience managing migraine/headache disorders Experience caring for patients with dementia or memory disorders Familiarity with Parkinson's disease and movement disorders Experience reviewing EEG, EMG/NCS, and neuroimaging studies Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $125,000-$165,000 (negotiable based on experience) Productivity bonus opportunities Comprehensive medical benefits Paid Time Off Paid holidays CME allowance DEA and licensure reimbursement Malpractice insurance coverage If you're an experienced Neurology NP or PA seeking a collaborative outpatient practice where you can provide exceptional patient care while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
