Opportunity in West Texas Step into an established OB/GYN practice with strong patient demand, dedicated surgical time, and significant earning potential. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, access to robotics, and practice-only call with resident support for unassigned patients. Practice Overview Established 60% OB / 40% GYN practice with consistent patient volume Outpatient clinic located directly on the hospital campus with 3 exam rooms per provider, procedure rooms, onsite ultrasound, and lab services Approximately 2,200 deliveries annually with a 30-room Labor & Delivery unit Level
III NICU
staffed by Texas Tech neonatologists Access to 10 operating rooms with MD and CRNA anesthesia coverage Da Vinci robotic surgery and minimally invasive/laparoscopic capabilities Schedule & Call 4.5 days of outpatient clinic + dedicated half-day of surgery each week Approximately 20-25 patients per day 1:3 practice-only call rotation No unassigned/ED call - Texas Tech residents cover unassigned patients Weekend call runs Friday through Sunday Compensation & Benefits $450,000 base salary + RVU productivity $20,000 annual quality/operational incentive $50,000 sign-on bonus Up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement Health, dental, and vision benefits Simple IRA with 3% match after one year Licensure, DEA, and professional association expenses reimbursed Candidate Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology New graduates welcome; experience is a plus H-1B sponsorship available Background considerations reviewed on a case-by-case basis Community Highlights Growing West Texas community within the Midland-Odessa metro area Easy access to Midland International Air & Space Port with nonstop flights to major hubs including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, Phoenix, and Las Vegas University community with the University of Texas Permian Basin nearby Public, private, and charter school options Affordable housing and an overall cost of living below the national average No state individual income tax in Texas If you're looking for strong OB/GYN volume, dedicated OR access, supportive specialty resources, and the opportunity to grow your income through productivity, this is worth a conversation.
