Otolaryngology in West Texas Step into an established General ENT practice where high patient demand and robust health system support let you focus on doing what you do best. You will step into an immediately full patient panel while enjoying significant earning potential from day one. This full-time position in West Texas provides the ideal framework for a clinician who wants clinical autonomy paired with structural efficiency. Practice Overview 100% General ENT with "bread-and-butter" scope; strong surgical volume available Clinic is conveniently located across from the hospital (easy parking and transitions between sites)
EMR:
Cerner; OR equipped with updated towers/video scopes and the tools you need Schedule 4 clinic days + 1 dedicated surgery day; includes a cancer surgery block about once per month Clinic volume averages around 25-35 patients/day; OR days commonly include 5-8 major cases or 10 tubes/tonsils Home call approximately 1:2; generally called in only a few times per month Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $525,000 (guarantee structure with productivity upside); additional call pay of $900 per 24-hour shift $60,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance (available and can be discussed) Up to $20,000/year tied to clinical/operational measures Benefits include 30 days PTO, health/dental/vision, retirement with match after year 1, and CME support up to $5,000 + 5 days (plus licensure/DEA/associations reimbursement) Candidate Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology Open to new graduates or experienced physicians Comfortable with full-scope General ENT clinic and OR cases H-1B sponsorship available (no J-1) Community & Location Highlights Midland-Odessa metro area offers big-city conveniences with a smaller-city commute and feel Easy access to an international airport with direct flights to major hubs and popular destinations Strong school options (public, private, and charter) plus a local university presence Cost of living below the national average with a wide range of housing options and plenty of outdoor recreation Start the conversation now and explore whether this opportunity fits your goals.
