Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Odessa, Texas. You'll work in a highly supportive, collaborative environment where APPs are empowered to practice at the top of their license while delivering comprehensive, high-quality care. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care for patients of all ages Monday-Friday schedule; no evenings or weekends Broad clinical scope including family medicine, internal medicine, acute care, women's health, and occupational medicine Manage a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, Medicare wellness visits, and DOT physicals Opportunity to perform office-based procedures Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical/admin team On-site diagnostic services including lab, xray, and ultrasound Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with 4% match, malpractice coverage, and more
Qualifications:
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain) 1+ years of primary care or urgent care experience required Spanish-speaking highly preferred FMCSA Medical Examiner Certification required for DOT physicals; practice will cover the cost of certification if needed Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 5,500+ providers with over 1,300+ locations in multiple states.
