Job Description We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Odessa, Texas. You'll work in a highly supportive, collaborative environment where APPs are empowered to practice at the top of their license while delivering comprehensive, high-quality care. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care for patients of all ages Monday-Friday schedule; no evenings or weekends Broad clinical scope including family medicine, internal medicine, acute care, women's health, and occupational medicine Manage a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, Medicare wellness visits, and DOT physicals Opportunity to perform office-based procedures Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical/admin team On-site diagnostic services including lab, xray, and ultrasound Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with 4% match, malpractice coverage, and more
