In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, promoting health, preventing illness, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Your expertise will help foster healthier communities by delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence. Why us? A 4-day clinical work week, with 1 day per week of protected, dedicated admin time Only one Saturday clinic per month (9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) with no other weekend hours No evening clinics, patients are scheduled 8:00 a.m.-4:20 p.m.

Completion of a residency program in family medicine or equivalent post-residency experience. New Grad or an Experienced Physician. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient service. What doing a great job will look like Seeing an average of 20-22 patients per day Delivering comprehensive, whole-person family medicine care to patients of all ages Completing timely, accurate documentation Building lasting patient relationships that reflect our "feels like family" patient experience Collaborating closely with our clinical and administrative team Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments to diagnose a wide range of health issues across all age groups. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including preventive care, health education, and management of chronic diseases. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Manage urgent cases and triage patients effectively in the outpatient setting. Stay current with medical research, clinical guidelines, and emerging treatments to ensure the highest quality of patient care. We will help you do a great job through our onboarding, mentorship, and CME support Hands-on onboarding and EMR/workflow training with our clinical team Direct mentorship from Dr. Coulter, a former Associate Residency Program Director who has trained medical students and physicians Ongoing CME funding and protected time to keep your skills and knowledge sharp Regular provider meetings to align on patient care, panel growth, and practice goals Optional training in aesthetics services for providers who want to expand their skill set This opportunity is perfect for the provider who: Is a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) Enjoys full-spectrum family medicine from pediatrics through geriatrics, including women's health and chronic disease management Wants a predictable schedule that supports real work-life balance Is a strong communicator and a genuine team player Takes ownership of patient care and stays on top of documentation Is comfortable and confident seeing a robust daily patient volume (20-22 patients/day) Is excited to grow personally and professionally within an established, patient-centered practice Meet your CEO and mentor Dr. Tuere Coulter is the founder and CEO of Family & Aesthetics Medical Centers. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, she earned her B.S. in Biology (Magna Cum Laude) from Tennessee State University and her M.D. from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine, followed by residency training in Fort Worth, TX and an Obstetric Fellowship in Chicago. Before opening Family & Aesthetics Medical Centers in November 2019, Dr. Coulter served on faculty at Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston, where she trained medical students and served as Associate Residency Program Director. She has been named a "Top Doctors in Texas Rising Star" for eight consecutive years and remains active in the community through health fairs and wellness initiatives.
