Job Description

Lake Pointe Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Medicine physician to join its established, physician-led private practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a long-term pain medicine practice within a respected musculoskeletal group, supported by a strong internal referral network, collaborative specialty care, and a path to partnership. The Opportunity
  • Full-time Pain Medicine physician opportunity within an established orthopaedic and musculoskeletal practice.
  • Develop and grow a comprehensive pain medicine service line with a built-in referral base and close collaboration across orthopaedics, spine, rehabilitation, and advanced practice providers.
  • Partnership-track opportunity for the right physician, offering meaningful long-term professional and financial upside.
  • Strong procedural and ancillary growth potential in an established private-practice setting. Candidate Profile
  • MD or DO with fellowship training in Pain Medicine.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine.
  • Background may include Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or another appropriate pathway to accredited Pain Medicine training.
  • Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Interest in interventional and comprehensive, evidence-based pain management and collaborative musculoskeletal care. What Lake Pointe Offers

About the Practice Lake Pointe Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine has served the community for more than 30 years and provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The practice currently includes 7 physicians and 4 midlevel providers, including an established spine surgeon, creating a broad multidisciplinary platform and strong internal referral network. With expertise spanning orthopaedics, sports medicine, spine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and related musculoskeletal services, Lake Pointe offers an exceptional foundation for a Pain Medicine physician to build a thriving service line and long-term career within the practice.
