Orthopedic Surgeon / Hip & Knee Reconstruction - Job Opportunity in San Antonio University Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our expanding orthopedic surgery program in beautiful San Antonio, Texas . As one of the most respected public health systems in the country, University Health offers a unique opportunity to serve a diverse and growing population while working in a supportive environment. This is a full-time position focused on clinical excellence with involvement in resident/fellow and medical student education if desired. It is a perfect blend of academic and private practice settings.
Position Highlights:
Hip and knee reconstruction w/ some general ortho (if desired) Monday - Friday work schedule Mixture of clinic and surgical days Participate in a shared call schedule with experienced colleagues (no trauma call) Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment Access to cutting-edge surgical suites and diagnostic technology Opportunity to engage in teaching and mentoring Involvement in system-wide initiatives to improve orthopedic and musculoskeletal outcomes Why Join University Health?
