Permanent | Full-Time | On-Site | 5d X 8hr OR 4d X 10hr

Bellaire, TX Compensation:
Starts on salary then shift to percentage model | Excellent long-term income potential Our Client a a physician-led dermatology and dermatopathology practice serving the greater Houston region is in search of a general Dermatologist. The company is fully physician-owned and focused on delivering exceptional patient care while supporting physician autonomy and professional satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic conditions across multiple clinic locations Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, and other surgical interventions as appropriate Collaborate with in-house dermatopathology team for seamless diagnostic and treatment workflows Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the integrated EMR system Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in alignment with practice standards Participate in a collegial, collaborative physician culture focused on long-term professional growth Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology or equivalent) Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating dermatologic conditions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care New and upcoming physicians completing residency are welcome to apply
