(Physician/MD qualifications required) Ophthalmology - Seeking BE|BC Ophthalmologist for very busy practice of three Ophthalmologists. Physician would have 20-30 cataract surgeries a week. Refractive training required. Corneal transplants possible. State of the Art facility. Call of 1:4 on surgical patients only Physician has the option of working as little or as much as he|she wishes and income would be paid pro rata. Board Certification within two years. Partnership within two years.

Mexican, Caribbean, and Guadalajara graduates will not be considered unless they have residency at a strong program in the USA. No Medical or Retina Specialists!

Income:

$370-400k Base Salary Income Guarantee the first two years with very real possibility of making upper $600-1MM given work load and fact that current physicians are at the end of their careers. Net Production after first two years with little risk of a downside considering back log.
