Job Description
Help shape the future of women's health in Texas Hill Country, just outside San Antonio. This thriving, independent hospital team is dedicated to compassionate, high-quality healthcare and is seeking like-minded providers to join them as they continue to grow. The Opportunity
- Join a collaborative multi'specialty team serving 5 counties and 45,000+ residents.
- High'volume obstetrics: 40-50 deliveries per month, ~20% C'sections.
- 4'day workweek optional and structure your own practice: choose from heavier GYN focus with some Ob, 50/50 Ob/Gyn, or heavier Obstetrics and some GYN
- Brand'new L&D rooms, a separate women's unit, dedicated OB OR suite, and a women's imaging center with advanced technology.
- New medical office building attached to hospital, opening in 2026 to expand services.
- Competitive compensation and benefits, including competitive base plus wRVU incentive, quality incentive, weekend call pay, sign-on bonus, relocation, PTO, CME, malpractice, retirement plus match and loan repayment options.
