Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide emergent OB/GYN care in a hospital setting Manage labor and delivery, including emergent cases Collaborate with in-house anesthesia and multi-disciplinary teams Cover approximately 600 patient patients monthly, including unassigned cases Support hospitalists and elective/private OB providers as needed Participate in on-call duties and emergent surgeries when required Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards What You Need Active medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain Previous OB hospitalist experience preferred Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and emergency gynecology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and patient management skills About the Assignment Join a busy hospital in Christiansburg, VA, offering high-volume OB/GYN emergent care services. The facility supports a diverse patient population with approximately 72 deliveries per month, providing an excellent environment for experienced OB hospitalists looking to maximize their impact while enjoying flexible scheduling.
