Locums About the Facility This private practice offers locum tenens coverage for a dermatologic surgery position in Virginia. The facility supports Mohs procedures with dedicated MA and Histotech staff to maintain efficient clinical operations. The credentialing timeframe is estimated at 30-45 days. About the Facility Location Virginia offers clinicians on assignment access to outdoor recreation, regional attractions, and year-round activities. The state features natural landscapes, state parks, and scenic areas that support hiking, wildlife observation, and water-based recreation. Cultural and historical points of interest are distributed throughout the region, providing options for exploration during time away from assignment. About the Clinicians Workday Clinicians will perform Mohs micrographic surgery procedures, with an average of approximately 10 cases per day, in a clinic-only setting on a day shift schedule. MA and Histotech support are provided on-site to assist with case flow and tissue processing. Board certification and completion of a Mohs surgery fellowship are required; a Virginia license is preferred. No call coverage is required for this position.
