•Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Relocation assistance, if applicable Additional voluntary benefits (LTC, HSA, FSA, Aflac plans, identity protection, EAP) What You'll Do Provide family-centered care to newborns in a Level II special care nursery Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists as part of a dedicated team Support and participate in clinical quality initiatives and research projects Work flexible 24-hour shifts to ensure continuous patient care Assist in expanding nursery services as the facility grows Follow protocols and ensure compliance with hospital standards What You Need Active medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain one Board Certification in Neonatology Minimum of 1 year of neonatology experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment About the Assignment Join a well-established nursery in a beautiful part of Virginia, where your expertise will directly impact the health and well-being of newborns and their families.
