Overview Virginia Cancer Specialists (VCS), headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our established practice serving our Loudoun and Reston, Virginia locations. This position offers the opportunity to join an established practice with a strong patient and referring physician base. As the largest private oncology practice in Northern Virginia, VCS combines the autonomy of physician ownership with the resources of one of the nation's largest community oncology networks, offering cutting-edge clinical research and a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment. For more than 50 years, Virginia Cancer Specialists has been recognized as a leader in comprehensive cancer care. Our team of 47 physicians includes Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Surgical specialists, and Palliative Care physicians practicing across 10 locations throughout Northern Virginia. Physicians enjoy access to one of the country's largest private practice Phase I clinical research programs, advanced treatment technologies, and a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care close to home. We are seeking a physician with an interest in leadership and program growth who is committed to helping expand our hematology and oncology services. Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in malignant hematology, cellular therapy, CAR-T, and bispecific therapies.
