Job Description

- in-house mornings, remainder on call Shared call model
- 1:3 ratio as team expands (low call burden) Average census: 10
- 13 patients; Level III (B) acuity, 25 weeks and up Team model: 1 neonatologist + 1 NNP per shift NNPs conduct daily rounds
- neonatologist leads assessments and planning Grower/feeder focus
- ventilation support, no surgical cases onsite
Procedures:
