Job Description
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings. Deliver face-to-face primary care services to a diverse patient population, from short-term rehab to complex geriatric cases. Participate in monthly educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to enhance patient care. Available benefits include a competitive salary up to $300,000, incentive pay, professional liability coverage, PTO, CME, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and flexible scheduling.
Qualifications:
Current medical license, D.E.A. certification, and Board Eligible/Certified.Job types:
