Alumni Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Neurologist for a locum tenens assignment in Vermont. In this role, you will provide inpatient and/or outpatient neurological care, including consults, follow-ups, and diagnostic interpretation. Responsibilities include managing stroke, seizure, movement disorders, and other complex neurological conditions, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring accurate documentation. Responsibilities Provide inpatient and/or outpatient neurological evaluations and follow-up care Interpret neurological diagnostics such as EEG, EMG, and neuroimaging reports Manage stroke, seizure disorders, movement disorders, and other complex neurologic conditions Perform neurological consultations for hospitalists and other specialties Document encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the medical record Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate patient care Participate in call coverage as required by the assignment Adhere to hospital and clinic protocols, quality, and patient safety standards Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams regarding diagnosis and treatment plans Required Skills Clinical neurology Neurological examination Stroke management Seizure and epilepsy management Movement disorder management EEG interpretation EMG/NCS interpretation Neuroimaging review (CT/MRI) Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Interdisciplinary care coordination
