Salary:
$250k•270k per year

Opportunity Highlights Schedule:
4-day workweek•32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time is considered full-time. Option for 3-day work for those with interest.
Primary Care:
No Obstetric, No Inpatient, and No Call responsibilities
Collaborative Environment:
Practice in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model focused on evidence-based care, access, and strong coordination across disciplines Strong emphasis on work-life balance : Average 16 ppd and focus on quality care, not
RVUs Financials & Benefits Compensation :
Starting salary of $255,000, negotiable based on experience, with a retention bonus available.
Benefits :

Loan Repayment/Forgiveness :
Eligible for both state and federal loan programs.
Candidate Requirements Qualifications :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. A Family Medicine residency is preferred, though Internal Medicine residency-trained physicians with community health or primary care experience will be considered.
Licensure :
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Vermont. Must be Mission-driven and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to diverse and underserved communities.
Springfield, Vermont Upper Valley Access :
Work near the New Hampshire border with an easy commute to Hanover, Lebanon, Windsor, and other locations in the region
