Vermont Non-Invasive Cardiologist Opportunity Clinical Role:

Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible Cardiologist Permanent, hospital-employed position Full-time, day shift Monday - Friday schedule Outpatient-focused position with inpatient consultations No call responsibilities Provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology care to adult patients Oversee and interpret outpatient cardiac testing, including echocardiograms, cardiac monitors, and stress testing Read and finalize reports for stress laboratory testing, including stress echocardiograms Conduct inpatient consultations and collaborate with primary care providers, emergency physicians, hospitalists, and other medical staff Support the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program by reviewing and signing clinical notes Work closely with the cardiac device clinic approximately two days per week Support pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator management across five device brands Cardioversion and transesophageal echocardiogram experience is preferred but not required Manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in adult patients aged 18 and older Board certification or board eligibility in Cardiology is required Must be proficient in interpreting cardiac monitors, echocardiograms, and stress tests Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Vermont medical license Seeking a physician with a passion for rural healthcare and serving underserved communities Work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary, and patient-centered care environment
