Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Naturopathic Doctor ND or OD specializing in Men's Health to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide holistic, patient-centered care tailored specifically to men's health concerns, utilizing your expertise in naturopathic medicine. Your focus will be on promoting optimal wellness through natural therapies, lifestyle counseling, and integrative approaches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to empower men to achieve their health goals in a supportive and collaborative environment. All services are provided in a paid capacity with bonuses on achieving goals. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs, to determine health status and develop personalized treatment plans. Practice naturopathic medicine by integrating therapies such as acupuncture, IV infusion, botulinum toxin treatments, and injection administration to support men's health needs. Perform procedures including phlebotomy, venipuncture, IV insertion, and aseptic technique to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery. Provide health education and counseling focused on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and holistic medicine principles tailored to male patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address complex health issues such as hormonal imbalances or chronic conditions. Stay current with medical terminology, physiology, anatomy knowledge, and integrative medicine practices to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, treatment outcomes, and progress notes while adhering to clinical protocols and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a Naturopathic Doctor or DO with experience with WA license in good standing. Demonstrated expertise in men's health issues such as hormonal health, sexual wellness, and age-related concerns. Proficiency in performing physical examinations, vital signs assessment, acupuncture, IV infusion therapy, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and injection administration. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and holistic medicine principles relevant to primary care settings. Excellent communication skills for delivering health education and counseling effectively to diverse patient populations. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals across disciplines for integrated patient management. Prior experience with botulinum toxin treatments or other aesthetic procedures is a plus but not required. $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
