Obstetrics Hospitalist Swedish - 4.5 Issaquah, WA Job Details Per diem $209 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Gynecological surgery assistance experience In-hospital emergency response experience Ob/Gyn Surgery Women's health and reproductive patient care Full Job Description Swedish is seeking a Per Diem Obstetrics Hospitalist to join the team in Issaquah, Washington. The OBGYN Hospitalist's primary responsibilities will include evaluation and treatment of patients in a 6-bed OBED, surgical assist, primary OB/GYN coverage for unassigned patients, providing backup for midwifery group, accepting out of hospital transfers, ED coverage, emergency gyn surgeries, care of unassigned gynecology patients requiring admission and/or surgery. Must be comfortable seeing both obstetrics and gynecology patients and demonstrate a strong level of experience. Must be comfortable performing urgent and emergent OB and gynecology surgeries. Per Diem Hospitalist team consists of 4.4 FTEs, including a Medical Director, and 4 Per Diem physicians Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students Private, on-site call room dedicated to the Hospitalist Compensation is $209 per hour Compensation is depending on shift and coverage The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
