Negotiable Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Primary Care Family Medicine Physician, you will join an established practice in Lakewood, WA. We specialize in diagnosing and treating family medicine patients, making a significant impact on their lives and families. Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients within Franciscan Medical Group. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, BC/BE, and compassionate Family Medicine Primary Care Physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. Provide full-spectrum primary care, including preventive care, acute illness treatment, and management of chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) for patients of all ages Deliver wellness examinations, health screenings, and immunizations to support disease prevention Counsel patients on diet, lifestyle choices, and disease management Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging Offer guidance, counseling, and education on wellness, disease management, and medication adherence to patients and their families Act as the first point of contact and coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and social workers Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed medical records, utilizing EPIC appropriately Provide and document direct treatment for patients, including ordering medications, referrals, and following up on specialist consultations Participate in primary care division activities, including peer review programs, quality metric improvement, and policy development Option of 5- 8 or 4

- $363,961 /year We are offering a guaranteed one-year salary, wRVU productivity, and an annual bonus incentive.
