We're looking for a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our interdisciplinary care team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the communities we serve. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population through acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, reproductive health, health education, and specialty care coordination—while working alongside a collaborative team committed to whole-person care. Wage Range:

$205,000

•$217,484.50 per year

Schedule:

Monday Through Friday 8:00am

•5:00pm

Requirements:

Physician licensed to practice in the State of Washington, without restriction, probation, or limiting condition or threat thereof. Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice or IMed/Peds. Possess a valid, unrestricted license or registration to prescribe drugs, medications, pharmaceuticals, and controlled substances. Has never been disciplined by any professional or peer review organization, governmental agency, licensing body or hospital medical staff for any action or omission based on or related to quality of care. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Current CPR/BLS card. Knowledge of medical clinical standards and practices. Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records Able to work efficiently and effectively under stress, simultaneous responsibilities, and demands from diverse sources. Ability to work with a low-income, multi-ethnic patient population and a demonstrated ability to relate respectfully and effectively to people of diverse racial, educational and socio-economic backgrounds. Must be a confident, self-directed individual who can work within a team as well as independently. Strong communication, organization, documentation and record keeping skills necessary. Knowledge of evidence-based preventive health, chronic disease and primary care. Solid background in patient education and lifestyle risk reduction.
