ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY - LOWER EXTREMITY / TOTAL JOINTS

Central Washington Position Highlights:

3-day clinic schedule with approximately 1-1.5 days dedicated to procedures and OR time. Focus on lower extremity, total joint, and/or sports medicine, joining an established orthopedic team with significant opportunity for growth. Access to MAKO robotic-assisted technology, dedicated MA support, and five OR rooms, with a sixth OR coming online. Approximately 1:4 orthopedic call, averaging 10 days per month, with locum coverage available beyond scheduled call. Strong autonomy with the opportunity to help expand the orthopedic service line and build a high-volume surgical practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary plus production-based RVU compensation with a flat RVU rate; with seven-figure earning potential for a high-producing surgeon. Up to $20,000 quality incentive tied to participation in quality initiatives and meetings. Generous Sign-on bonus and direct student loan repayment to lien holders available! Comprehensive benefits package including employer paid medical/dental/vision, malpractice, retirement with match , PTO, and other benefits. $4,000 CME allowance plus professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Fellowship training or demonstrated experience in lower-extremity surgery, total joints, and/or sports medicine. Experience with MAKO robotics preferred; candidates willing to become MAKO certified are encouraged to apply. Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State. Strong clinical independence, collaborative approach, and interest in growing an orthopedic practice.
