Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You'll Do Provide Urology consultations and management during clinic visits Perform scheduled procedures and surgeries in the OR, including cystoscopies and biopsies Take 24-hour call coverage, acting as the sole Urology provider on call with APP backup support Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care continuity Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical encounters Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards Support ongoing patient education and follow-up care What You Need Valid U.S. Medical License in Urology Minimum of 2 years of Urology practice experience Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and patient care skills About the Assignment This is a full-time Urology position at a reputable facility in Olympia, Washington. The provider will handle clinic duties, scheduled OR time, and be on call 24 hours a day, providing crucial urology services to the community.
