Family Medicine Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse PractitionerNew Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic | Renton, Washington Part-Time or Full-Time | 8-36 Clinical Hours per Week | Highly Flexible Schedule Build the Kind of Primary Care Practice You Want to Work In We are a new, patient-centered family medicine clinic in Renton, Washington , seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA-C), or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/FNP) to join our growing clinical team. Our first clinic in Tukwila, WA has enjoyed healthy growth and we are happy to be opening a second location in Renton, WA to further support our communities. Whether you are an experienced clinician looking for greater flexibility or a new graduate searching for a supportive environment in which to build confidence and clinical skills, we would be excited to meet you. This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants something increasingly difficult to find in primary care: meaningful flexibility, a supportive physician team, competitive productivity-based compensation, and the ability to practice medicine in a collaborative environment without being locked into a rigid traditional schedule. Our clinicians are supported by two experienced physicians , providing an accessible clinical resource for collaboration, mentorship, and discussion of challenging cases. Schedule:
Choose a schedule ranging from approximately 8 to 36 clinical hours per week .

One clinical day per week Two or three days per week Four-day schedules Full-time schedules up to 36 clinical hours Other consistent arrangements that work well for both the clinician and the practice One of the major advantages of this position is schedule flexibility . For new graduates , it provides an opportunity to transition into independent clinical practice with experienced physicians available as resources rather than feeling as though you have been placed into a busy clinic on your own. New Graduates Are Welcome We recognize that clinical judgment develops through experience, mentorship, and repetition. New graduates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians, discuss challenging cases, and progressively develop their clinical confidence and efficiency. Patient-care workflows Scheduling Clinical efficiency Patient experience Team communication Quality improvement Practice growth We are looking for clinicians who want to be part of building an excellent long-term primary care practice. Compensation Compensation is structured on a per-patient-visit basis , allowing earnings to increase with clinical activity while preserving flexibility in the number of hours and days worked. Compensation will be competitive with the Renton/Seattle-area family medicine market and will vary based on professional designation, experience, qualifications, schedule, and agreed clinical responsibilities. The compensation structure and anticipated patient volume will be discussed transparently during the interview process so candidates can understand their expected earning potential before accepting the position. The expected pay range will be between 50,000-200,000 Benefits We want clinicians to have the flexibility of a smaller practice without giving up the benefits that matter.

What You'll Do As a member of our family medicine team, you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients in the Renton community.
Clinical responsibilities may include:
Preventive and wellness care Annual physical examinations Acute and same-day visits Diagnosis and management of common outpatient conditions Chronic disease management Medication management Age-appropriate health screening Patient education and preventive counseling Ordering and interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic studies Referrals to specialists when appropriate Follow-up and continuity of care Accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaboration with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, clinical staff, and outside specialists Participation in quality improvement as the practice grows Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with our patients and provide thoughtful, evidence-based, accessible primary care. •MD/DO Candidates should: Hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Have completed or be completing an accredited Family Medicine residency Be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Hold or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Washington State medical license Hold or be eligible to obtain appropriate prescribing credentials Be eligible for credentialing with applicable insurance plans Experienced physicians and physicians completing residency are welcome to apply.
