Value-based Staff Physician role to work 24 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Manage chronic conditions of a small high-risk geriatric panel with a supportive team structure. Responsibilities:

The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.

Qualifications:

Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible EMR experience Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
