Job Description

Join a compassionate, highly collegial team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a full-time Hospitalist in Richland, Washington. In this role, you will collaborate with a stable group and work to serve a medically diverse patient population. Enjoy access to system-wide support and conduct meaningful work in Tri-Cities. Full-time position 7-on/7-off schedule 161, 12-hour shifts per year Teams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shifts No night coverage required for daytime providers Closed ICU, no procedures required Intensivists/ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessments Strong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN support Experience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to apply As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Access to professional student loan consultant Compensation is between $331,411 and $373,442 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
