Job Description

Internal Medicine Physician - Oregon At Vancouver Clinic, caring for people is our first priority and the driving force behind everything we do. New clinicians will find a collegial, supportive, and caring environment of healthcare professionals committed to our patients and community. Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance. We're looking for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our team in Portland, OR. We have positions available at our clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment. Candidates with special interest in LGBTQ health are encouraged to apply. Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 6 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Oregon, and 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both OR and WA.
Additional details:
Full-time or Part-time (0.6 - 1.0 FTE) Flexible schedule (4 days/week) 100% outpatient; shared call among Oregon clinicians (phone only) Compensation is a Production model New clinicians have a 2-year guarantee between $301,321 - $326,401 with upside earning potential Up to $150,000 starting & retention bonus Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.
