The Position:
- 4-Day Work Week ~70% Procedures / 30% Clinic
- High procedural volume with immediate ramp-up
Call:
1:8, transitioning to minimal call- No admissions
- strong hospitalist support
- General GI focus with advanced GI backup
- Physician-led, highly collaborative team environment with strong internal referral network
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$573,000- $620,000 + signficiant RVU compensation
- Signing bonus starting at $40K + relocation assistance
- $600/month benefits stipend
- Full benefits package + malpractice covered
- 401(k) with immediate 5% match (fully vested Day 1)
CME:
$10,000 every 2 years- Generous PTO
- up to 11 weeks
