Job Description

At One Community Health, we are committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses both health and social justice. We are currently seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our team and help us continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients at our White Salmon and Stevenson, Washington clinic locations. Beyond direct patient care, you will participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and programs like PCPCH and Meaningful Use, which are essential for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating in Oregon and Washington. Additionally, you may provide supervisory and administrative oversight for the education of physicians and other allied health professional learners. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field. Current Washington Medical License and DEA licensure in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual•English/Spanish Prenatal Care EPIC•EMR Experienced working in FQHC or look-alike

At OCH, we're committed to supporting new providers from day one. Our first-year compensation package for a 1.0 FTE totals $265,000, designed to give you stability as you build your patient panel. We have 95% provider satisfaction rating for 2025!
First-Year Package Includes:
$25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment $200,000 base salary $40,000 first-year guarantee (FYG) Relocation support typically ranging from $5,000• $10,000 Full participation in our RVU incentive program, even in year one
Bilingual Differential:
Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
