Part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician — Altoona, WI Overview Provide clinical leadership and deliver patient-centered medical care across local skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients.
