Primary Responsibilities:
Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts like individual retirement and health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts) Evaluate member needs by asking appropriate questions and listening carefully to refer members to appropriate products and services Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven track record in customer service Proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include a Saturday rotation Why WESTconsin?
