Job Description
A physician-owned, multi-specialty surgical hospital and clinic in Altoona, Wisconsin seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join an established team. Employment options include hospital or group employment or independent contractor arrangements. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary in year one (MGMA-based) wRVU-based bonus structure Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend Profit-sharing/ownership opportunity in the surgical hospital and clinic Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement Generous PTO and CME allowance Practice Setting Private practice within a modern, state-of-the-art facility Collaborative, multi-specialty environment with strong referral relationships Experienced clinical and administrative support to build and grow a hand surgery practice Qualifications MD or DO from accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure Strong clinical and surgical skills and ability to work in a team-based setting Location Altoona, WI (near Eau Claire) — low cost of living, quality schools, outdoor recreation, and a growing medical community.
