Endocrinology Physician | Beloit, WI A well-established health system is seeking an Endocrinologist to join a busy, physician-driven outpatient practice with significant patient demand and a high degree of flexibility and autonomy . Why this opportunity? Flexible 4-day workweek available No call and no weekends 100% outpatient practice, with hospital consults as needed during daytime hours Hospital consults are limited to daytime hours and are not part of an overnight or weekend call schedule Strong referral base of 30 PCPs and 4 OB/GYNs Opportunity to build a full practice quickly Physician-driven environment with significant clinical autonomy Relocation assistance Student loan assistance available $4,000 CME Malpractice coverage with tail The Practice The practice has significant existing patient volume , particularly in diabetes and thyroid disease, with additional opportunities across the full spectrum of general endocrinology. The incoming physician will have the freedom to shape their practice around their clinical interests, including procedures and advanced diabetes management. You'll have support from an NP, nurses, MAs, administrative staff, and AI-powered documentation tools , allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative responsibilities. The physician will also provide hospital endocrinology consultations as needed during daytime hours , while maintaining a schedule that does not include overnight or weekend call.
