SSM Health Dean Medical Group, with regional operations based in Madison, Wisconsin, is actively recruiting for a Family Medicine Physician at its clinic in Dodgeville, and offers the following:
The Opportunity:
Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with option for Nursing Home rounds A well-established team of Physicians & Advanced Practitioners Multi-specialty clinic consisting of primary & specialty care services including 12 onsite medical & surgical specialties including Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Infusion, Neurology, Oncology, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, & Urology. Onsite medical imaging & lab services Full-time with option of .8-1.0 fte Flexible schedule offering work/life balance, typical hours of M-F, 8 am-5 pm On-Call rotation of 6-10 weeknights, and 2 weekends per year, mostly phone call only w/ an occasional to rare requirement for onsite; calls triaged by a call center
