Job Description Family Medicine Physician Opportunity - Evansville, Wisconsin SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Evansville, Wisconsin—just 30 minutes from Madison. Qualifications:

MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure Passion for community-focused care Graduate from an accredited ACGME family medicine residency program Desire to be the collaborating physician with APP's located at the practice Join SSM Health Dean Medical Group and make a meaningful impact in primary care while practicing in a community that values connection, compassion, and high-quality care.
