Join an independent, physician-led organization as it opens a brand-new Family Medicine clinic next year

Rare opportunity to help shape a practice from the ground up

Outpatient only with no call responsibilities, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy your time away from work

See as few as 14 patients per day, creating the time needed to build meaningful patient relationships and focus on quality over volume

Optional ER and/or Hospitalist shifts available for those interested in maintaining a broader scope of practice

Opportunity to help teach and mentor with a Family Medicine Residency Program launching in 2028

Compensation Details:

Hospital-employed position with a salary guarantee and incentive structure exceeding $350,000 annually

$100,000 sign-on bonus plus a comprehensive benefits package

Unique 6-month paid sabbatical every 10 years of employment
