Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to join a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Wisconsin's Northwoods community. The role offers a balanced schedule with four weekday clinic days, rotating ER call (4-6 nights/month), and hospital rounding. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating diverse patient conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests, managing prescriptions, and participating in hospital committees. Requirements include U.S. board certification, WI licensure or eligibility, current DEA, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ATLS (PALS/CALS preferred). The practice emphasizes professional growth, effective communication, and compassionate care.
