Job Description
JOB DETAILS
This facility is seeking a Hematology and Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule:
Starting November 9, 2026 and ongoing; 2 days per week on-site; days to be determined; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including lunch; no call requirements.
Practice Setting:
Outpatient Type of cases and required procedures: Follow-up appointments, and treatment oversight.
No inpatient Credentialing timeframe:
60-90 Days. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic.
Certifications required:
Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
Licensure required:
Active Wisconsin Medical License
