Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate, clinically strong Medical Director/Attending Physician to care for residents in skilled nursing facilities around Montello, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers great schedule flexibility, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients. You'll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, providing hands-on patient care as well as clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.
Locations Primary:
