Position Details:
- Step into an established, high-demand ophthalmology practice now, then transition into a brand-new specialty clinic opening in 2026
- High-volume cataract and glaucoma opportunity with dedicated OR days and an experienced surgical team
- Flexible schedule: choose a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
- $700K+ realistic earning potential plus $75,000 signing bonus
- No ER call
- Dedicated OR days + Skilled OR team that can flip rooms quickly
- Built-in referral base through a team of 5 optometrists, plus experienced tech and MA support
