Part-Time Flexible Scheduling (7 10 Shifts/Month) About the Opportunity We re seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join a well-established rehabilitation program in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This role is designed for physicians looking for flexibility, excellent compensation, and a supportive team environment . The client is open to a variety of schedule types, with an ideal availability of 7 10 shifts per month. A streamlined interview process ensures you can move forward quickly. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation care Lead and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols to improve outcomes Collaborate with hospital leadership and colleagues to enhance rehab services Qualifications MD or DO with Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred, not required Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $200 $250 Flexible scheduling typically 7 10 shifts/month, with openness to other availability Comprehensive benefits package (based on FTE status): Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plan with employer match CME reimbursement Malpractice, licensure, and DEA coverage (part- and full-time employees) Why Join Us?
