Job Description
We are actively seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our client's team in Wisconsin. This 39-day assignment, starting Nov 1, 2026, involves 24-hour call from 7 AM to 7 AM, providing comprehensive cardiothoracic services. The physician will handle a variety of complex procedures, including open, minimally invasive, and robotic cardiac and thoracic surgeries, ensuring high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities and Duties Perform open, minimally invasive, and robotic cardiac procedures including CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic surgery, and ablation/MAZE Conduct thoracic procedures such as bronchoscopy, VATS, mediastinal/chest mass resection, and thoracotomy Manage a 24-hour call schedule from 7 AM to 7 AM, ensuring continuous patient care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
