This is an outstanding opportunity to provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care while participating in the education and mentorship of future physicians in a collaborative academic environment. Position Highlights Full-time opportunity Collaborative multidisciplinary cancer care team Opportunity to combine clinical practice with teaching responsibilities Supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with benign and malignant hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies Administer and manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive care Interpret laboratory studies, pathology reports, and diagnostic imaging Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, primary care providers, and other specialists to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care Participate in tumor boards, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical program development Actively teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the electronic medical record Qualifications MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency Completion of an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology Eligible for or able to obtain a West Virginia medical license #AAS
