Job Description

Join a growing outpatient gastroenterology team in Buffalo, Wyoming, as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, competitive compensation, a production bonus, and the opportunity to practice in a scenic rural setting with experienced GI providers. No prior gastroenterology experience is required; clinicians with strong primary care or internal medicine backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Position details
Setting:
Outpatient gastroenterology serving adult patients
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday Patient volume: ~12-16 patients per day Weekly locations: 2 days in Sheridan, 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo, 1 remote administrative day
Travel:
Inter-clinic travel reimbursed; expenses between locations covered Key responsibilities Evaluate and manage adults with acute and chronic GI conditions Perform new patient consultations and follow-up visits Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies Develop treatment plans and provide patient education Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to ensure patient-centered care Complete timely, accurate EMR documentation Compensation and benefits Base salary: $115,000-$125,000 annually 45% production bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Travel reimbursement between clinic locations Dedicated clinical support staff Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and board certified Eligible for or holding a Wyoming license Preferred background: primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine (GI training provided) Strong communication and teamwork skills If you're seeking a collaborative role with a flexible schedule and excellent support in a rural Wyoming community, this position may be an excellent fit.
