Speech-Language Pathologist InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, WY. This role provides the opportunity to deliver clinical speech services, helping patients improve communication, articulation, comprehension, and functional skills in a supportive rural healthcare setting. Apply today and become a valued member of our team! Duties and Responsibilities Provide high-quality speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals. Deliver direct therapy using evidence-based techniques in the clinical setting. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely manner. Modify treatment plans as needed to support ongoing patient progress. Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current or eligible for Wyoming state SLP licensure. Demonstrated clinical judgment with excellent communication and professional skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Commitment to providing patient-centered care and pursuing ongoing professional growth. InReach is an E-Verify employer.
