Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatology physician to join a community-based practice in Douglas, Wyoming. Provide comprehensive care for patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions in a supportive, long-term practice setting. Key responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, including medication management and biologic therapies. Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide follow-up care. Educate patients and families on disease course, treatment options, and self-management. Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists. Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation in EMR. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology. Active Wyoming medical license (or ability to obtain one). Current DEA registration. Current BLS (and ACLS if required by facility).
