Job Description

SageWest Health Care is actively recruiting a full-time Orthopedic Generalist Surgeon t o join our established group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women's health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. Hips, knees and shoulders, Trigger finger, carpal tunnel Extremity fractures Arthroscopic knees/joints
Qualifications:
BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state of WY with DEA and full prescriptive authority Willing and able to perform joint replacements as needed If fellowship and specialty-trained, must be willing and able to do general ortho Our notable highlights: Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical services Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.) Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, women's health Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute Committed to community benefit—significant investments in technology and uncompensated care Recruitment package may include: Compensation in the MGMA 50th-75th% inclusive of wRVU production incentive $5K CME allowance Sign-on bonus 25+ days PTO $10K+ relocation allowance Student loan repayment assistance Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage Residency stipend
